Definitely get a sample February 27, 2023 Reviewer: John Ferguson from Garden grove , CA United States   If you are considering espresso on the walnut, definitely order a sample. The espresso on the walnut is very dark, maybe darker than you think it is and you almost lose the natural grain of the walnut. So if you want to see the grain, I probably wouldn’t get this finish. Cabinet Sample July 25, 2017 Reviewer: Tammi Pickens from Fairmont, WV United States   I was impressed with both the look and the feel of the wood. I had ordered a sample from somewhere else and I don't know what it  was, but to me it felt like plastic. Barker sample was real wood and the finish on it was excellent.
